——MATS-2010H Hysteresisgraph
◆ Introduction
MATS-2010H Hysteresisgraph adopts ATS structure, users can customize different configurations according to different requirements. Select suitable electromagnet and corresponding test power supply according to the intrinsic coercivity and size of sample; select measuring coil and probe according to different test methods; decide whether select fixture or not according to sample shape; decide whether select temperature controller or not according to test requirements.
◆ Test Items
➲Automatically measure the saturation hysteresis loop and magnetic parameters Js, Br, HcB, HcJ, (BH)max, μrec of general permanent magnets such as Ferrite, magnetic rubber, AlNiCo and so on.
➲Automatically measure the demagnetization curve in the second quadrant and magnetic parameters Br, HcB, HcJ, Hk(H90), (BH)max of rear earth permanent magnets such as bond NdFe, sintered NdFeB, SmCo and so on.
➲Test sample shapes are toroid, round cake, square, tile and other irregular shapes.
➲Select optional tile fixture to directly measure motor tile.
➲Select optional temperature controller to measure the magnetic parameters under different temperatures (50℃ to 250℃).

1. System and Language
➲HMTest runs in Windows 7 operating system, confirms to Windows software standards, easy to operate.
➲Chinese or English operating interfaces can be selected.
2. Test Functions
➲Automatically set optimal range of excitation voltage, range of fluxmeter and gaussmeter.
➲Magnetization, test and demagnetization of general permanent magnets can be finished at one time, set test time as 20sec~60sec.
➲Rear earth magnets need saturation magnetization before testing, set test time as 60sec~120sec.
➲The sample after testing can be in a state of demagnetization or magnetization, freely selected by users.
➲Fully automatic control, intelligent identification, minimize manual operation.
➲Sampling waveform and instrument status under real-time monitoring, and can be stopped at any time.
➲Automatically complete data calculation and temperature conversion of test results.
3. File and Data Management
➲File system adopts data base, it can directly print or output test results into Excel.
➲File management with powerful functions, it can automatic save data, delete data and delete all data.
➲Data file contains full sampling data, sample parameters and instrument parameters. The file is in text format, and can input to other software.
➲It can display B(H) and J(H) hysteresis loop or magnetization curve, B(BH) magnetic energy-product curve or equal energy-product curve and display coordinate of each point on the curve.
➲Display the curve of many test data at the same time, for example, demagnetization curve or hysteresis loop of one sample under different temperatures; demagnetization curve or hysteresis loop for different samples.
