1. Why the tire is smaller than the rim?

The tires and rim models are matched, and the tires must be mounted outside the rim, so the actual size of the tire and the rim are different. Nedong airless tire is made of environmentally friendly material TPE, which has good elasticity. In order to achieve a close fit between the tire and the rim, the airless tire is assembled with negative tolerances to prevent the tire from detaching from the rim during driving, which threatens the safety of users.

2. What is the tire material and what is the advantage?

Nedong airless tire is made of thermoplastic elastomer material -- Thermoplastic Elastomer(TPE) . The tires are one injection molded without special processing equipment and can be produced quickly. After formula improvement, the tire has good cushioning performance and comfortable riding; it is resistant to acid rain, ultraviolet rays, ozone, and weather resistance. Even under harsh environments such as strong light and acid rain, the tire will not crack within 5 years.

3. What should I do if the tires can not be installed to my rim?

Please soak the tires in warm water for 10-20 minutes and it will be easier to install when get softened. Please refer to the installation and operation video as well.
