The ZRTBBZ type high voltage automatic group reactive power compensation complete set of devices (hereinafter referred to as the price device) is predominantly composed of a cabinet or frame structure for the ZRTBBZ type high voltage parallel capacitor device.



 



In the case of a cabinet structure, multiple cabinets are assembled in sequence. The entire machine is constructed using high-quality cold rolled steel plate bending welding or aluminum zinc plate bending assembly techniques. It features either a single door or double door design, with upper, lower, and side sealing plates and ventilation and heat dissipation windows. An instrument room is located at the top of the cabinet for arranging and organizing relay protection devices within each unit's cabinet layout.



 



When utilizing a frame structure, it consists of line isolation switch door frames, arrester brackets, capacitor group frames, series reactors enclosed by steel mesh fences.



 



This device employs vacuum contactors or vacuum circuit breakers along with voltage reactive automatic control devices to achieve automatic disconnection and control of the capacitor groups for bus voltage adjustment and reactive power compensation purposes. Its aim is to enhance voltage transmission efficiency and power factor while ensuring safety, reliability, convenience, flexibility as well as maximizing capacitor capacity utilization to improve operational efficiency among other advantages. Depending on the total amount of required reactive power compensation, connected capacitors can be automatically switched on/off collectively or designed into several groups with equal or different capacities based on specific requirements and needs. An automatic switching device detects grid voltages and reactive powers to accomplish automated capacitance switching alongside reasonable control measures for protection purposes.
